Information From Third Parties

Between Users
Limited personal information (such as names, profile photos, and relevant booking details) may be shared between renters, boat owners, managers, and captains to facilitate trip planning, communication, waiver execution, and review submission.
In group bookings, some identifying information is visible to other invited participants. In future phases involving partner-branded experiences, relevant information may be shared with those partners solely to manage your reservation or service.
Service Providers
We engage trusted third-party service providers to help us operate, improve, and secure the CharterXO platform. These providers may only access the data necessary to perform their designated functions and are contractually obligated to protect your information.
This includes services for:
- Payment and subscription processing;
- Identity verification and legal documentation;
- Customer support management;
- Marketing campaign delivery and referral reward tracking;
- Performance monitoring, error tracking, and system administration.
These providers do not use your data for their own independent purposes.
Subprocessors

9.2 Breach Notification Protocol
In accordance with the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA) and other applicable laws, we will notify affected individuals without unreasonable delay and within 30 days of becoming aware of a breach involving unencrypted personal information.
If the breach affects more than 500 Florida residents, we will also notify the Florida Department of Legal Affairs.
Our notification will include, to the extent known at the time:

9.3 Exceptions to Notification
