You are. As a vessel owner on CharterXO, you are solely responsible for ensuring the adequacy and continuous maintenance of all required insurance coverages. CharterXO bears no liability for any claims, losses, or damages arising from your failure to secure or maintain proper insurance.
By listing your vessel on CharterXO — whether for captained or bareboat charters — you represent and warrant that:
- You hold the required insurance and it is currently in full force and effect.
- All insurance information you provide is true, complete, and not misleading.
- You will notify CharterXO immediately if your coverage changes, lapses, or is cancelled.
